Driving Directions
From San Diego (I-5 North): Take I-5 North to the La Jolla Village Drive exit. Turn left onto La Jolla Village Drive, then right onto Torrey Pines Road. Continue south and turn right onto Prospect Street, then left onto Fay Avenue. Our facility is located at 7799 Fay Ave on the right.
From Los Angeles (I-5 South): Take I-5 South toward San Diego. Exit at La Jolla Village Drive and turn right. Follow La Jolla Village Drive west, then turn right onto Torrey Pines Road. Continue south to Prospect Street, turn right, then left onto Fay Avenue.
From San Diego International Airport: Head north on N. Harbor Drive, merge onto I-5 North, and follow the directions above. The drive is approximately 20 minutes.

While our facility is located in the La Jolla neighborhood of San Diego, HBHS Rehab welcomes patients from across Southern California and beyond.
